Overview
Every rupee of maintenance attached to the vehicle that earned it.
A workshop without a system produces two things: a pile of job slips and an argument at the end of the year about which vehicle is costing money. The parts went somewhere, the labour was done by someone, and neither is attached to the unit.
Vehicle Maintenance runs the job card from fault report to release. Work is authorised before parts are issued, spares come off a real stock position, and external workshop bills are imported, matched and approved against the same job rather than paid blind.
Preventive schedules are raised automatically by distance or date, so a service is due because the vehicle has run 10,000 kilometres, not because somebody remembered. Downtime is recorded with a reason and flows into the fleet cost per kilometre by itself.

Capabilities
Fault report to release
One job card carries the parts, the labour and the bill.
-
Job cards
Fault reported, work authorised, parts issued, labour booked and the vehicle released — each step stamped.
-
Preventive schedules
Service due by distance or date, raised automatically against the vehicle before it is overdue.
-
Parts and stores
Spares stock, issue against a job card, reorder level, valuation and slow-moving analysis.
-
Vendor bills
External workshop bills imported in bulk, matched to the job and approved before payment.
-
Labour
Technician time booked to the job, with standard times to compare against where you have them.
-
Downtime
Time off road per vehicle with the reason recorded, feeding fleet availability reporting.
-
Warranty and claims
Work covered under warranty flagged so it is claimed rather than absorbed.
-
Maintenance cost
Spend per vehicle and per component across its life, not just the current year.
-
Workshop load
Jobs open per bay and per technician, so a queue is visible before it becomes a backlog.
Who it is for
You probably recognise one of these.
- A workshop issuing parts on a verbal request and reconciling stock once a quarter, badly.
- A fleet paying external workshop bills without a job card to match them against.
- An operation where preventive service happens when someone notices, not when it is due.
- A finance team that cannot say which vehicles are worth keeping another year.
