Overview
A cost per kilometre you can defend in a budget meeting.
Most fleets know what they spent and very few know what it bought. Fuel sits in one file, workshop bills in another, and the vehicle that quietly costs three times the average is invisible until someone goes looking for it.
Fleet Management puts every vehicle, driver, document and litre of fuel on one register. Trip sheets capture the odometer at the gate, fuel is issued against the unit rather than the driver, and consumption outliers are flagged the week they happen rather than at year end.
Registration, fitness, insurance and token tax are tracked with expiry alerts, so a vehicle is never stopped at a checkpoint on a document someone forgot to renew. Part of BridgeLogX, so it shares a vehicle master with the workshop.

Capabilities
What sits in the register
Switch on what you run. The cost analysis works from whatever is captured.
-
Vehicle register
Specification, ownership, assignment, cost centre and the full service history of every unit.
-
Drivers
Licences and expiry, duty rosters, vehicle assignment and the incident record against each driver.
-
Fuel
Issues logged against the vehicle, consumption per kilometre and outliers flagged for review.
-
Trips
Trip sheets with odometer in and out, route, purpose of movement and the approval behind it.
-
Documents
Registration, fitness, insurance and token tax, each with an expiry alert before it lapses.
-
Cost analysis
Cost per kilometre by vehicle, category and cost centre, with fuel and maintenance separated.
-
Tyres and batteries
Fitment, rotation and replacement tracked per position so life is measured rather than guessed.
-
Gate integration
Movement approved before the barrier opens, with the gate pass raised from the trip request.
-
Utilisation
Which vehicles are earning their keep and which sat in the yard, by category and by site.
Who it is for
You probably recognise one of these.
- A fleet manager asked for cost per kilometre who has to build it in a spreadsheet each time.
- An operation where fuel is issued against a driver rather than a vehicle, so consumption means nothing.
- A company that has been fined for an expired fitness certificate nobody was tracking.
- Anyone running vehicles and a workshop as two separate systems that disagree about the same unit.
