Overview

Five systems that finally belong to each other.

A vehicle, a visitor, a job card, a hand tool and a sales route are all things moving through the same operation. Most companies buy five separate systems to track them and then spend years trying to reconcile the logs. BridgeLogX starts from the assumption that they belong together.

One vehicle master, one employee directory, one audit trail. A unit under a job card is not available for allocation, the gate knows which vehicle is expected, and the downtime reaches the cost per kilometre without anyone exporting anything.

Take one platform or take all five. Each deploys on its own and shares the masters the moment a second one is switched on. Running across eight countries, with the data residency and retention each market expects.

Capabilities

What the suite gives you that five systems cannot

The five platforms are below. This is what holds them together.

  • One vehicle master

A unit exists once. The workshop, the gate and the fleet register are all describing the same vehicle.

  • One employee directory

The host approving a visitor is the same record as the manager approving a trip and the employee on the roster.

  • Downtime reaches cost

A vehicle under a job card is unavailable for allocation, and its days off road land in cost per kilometre without an export.

  • One audit trail

Gate movements, job cards, trips and route visits are searchable from the same history rather than four of them.

  • Offline mobile

The gate, the bay and the route all work without signal and reconcile when the connection returns.

  • Shared masters

Sites, cost centres, contractors, crews and vendors are maintained once and used by every platform.

  • Role-based access

Permissions by role, site and platform, so a workshop supervisor does not see the sales route.

  • Deploy independently

Start with one platform. Switch on the next and the masters are already there.

  • Reporting across platforms

Fleet cost, tool issuance, gate movements and route coverage read together rather than in five separate exports.

Who it is for

You probably recognise one of these.

  • A plant that logs visitors on paper and cannot answer who was on site last Tuesday.
  • An operator whose vehicles leave on a verbal approval and a handwritten slip.
  • A workshop whose job cards and parts issues live in a different system from the fleet register.
  • A group with sites in more than one country that wants one log, not one per site.
