Overview
Built for a site where an inspector can arrive on Tuesday.
On an industrial site, HR is only half the problem. The other half is contractor labour: who is on site today, under which contractor, against which work order, and whether the statutory register covering them is current.
IR Compliance & HR holds both. Contractor crews are registered and counted against the work order, statutory registers are maintained in the prescribed form, and the compliance calendar carries every obligation with an owner, a due date and the evidence of filing attached.
Grievance and disciplinary cases run as a record from notice to outcome with the file attached, so a case is defensible rather than remembered. The audit pack an inspector asks for is produced from the system instead of assembled overnight. Deployed at Engro SECMC.

Capabilities
Compliance, labour and the core record
Core HR is included. The industrial relations work is what sets it apart.
-
Contractor labour
Contractor, crew and headcount on site, counted against the work order that authorised them.
-
Statutory registers
Maintained in the prescribed form, current and available on demand rather than reconstructed.
-
Compliance calendar
Every obligation with a due date, an owner and the evidence of filing attached to it.
-
Grievance and discipline
Case record from notice to outcome, with documents and the hearing record attached.
-
Gate and attendance
Contractor crews checked in at the gate, with attendance feeding the headcount on site.
-
Site HR
Records, leave and payroll for permanent and contract workforce on one register.
-
Safety induction
Induction and permit validity held against the worker, checked before site entry.
-
Audit pack
The registers and evidence an inspector asks for, produced from the system on the day.
-
Reporting
Headcount by contractor and work order, obligations due, and cases open by stage.
Who it is for
You probably recognise one of these.
- A site that cannot say how many contractor workers are inside the boundary right now.
- A compliance team assembling an audit pack from four people and a filing cabinet.
- An operation where a disciplinary case rests on what someone remembers of a meeting.
- A plant running core HR in one system and contractor labour on a clipboard.
