Overview
One system for finance, stock, production and people.
Finance, stock, production, purchasing, sales and people share one database. A goods receipt updates costing without anyone re-keying it, a production order draws down raw material as it runs, and the trial balance reflects both by the time you look at it.
Groups run several companies from one login and switch between them from the top bar. Permissions, chart of accounts and stock stay separate underneath, so a shared finance team can close two entities without exporting anything.
Local tax rules and multi-currency handling are built in rather than bolted on. FBR digital invoicing is part of the sales module, not a separate integration you buy later.
| Structure | Multi-company, multi-currency |

| Compliance | FBR digital invoicing built in |
| Deployment | Cloud or on-premise |

Capabilities
Nine modules, one ledger
Everything below ships in the same system. Turn on what you need.
-
Accounting
Chart of accounts, journals, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, trial balance and financial statements.
-
Inventory
Multi-warehouse stock, batch and serial tracking, transfers, adjustments and valuation.
-
Sales
Quotations, orders, delivery notes and invoices — with FBR submission at the point of print.
-
Purchase
Requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier bills matched three ways.
-
Manufacturing
Bills of material, production orders, work centres, material issue and finished goods costing.
-
CRM
Customers, contacts, opportunities and the history behind every account.
-
HR
Employee records, attendance, leave and payroll feeding straight into the ledger.
-
Projects
Project budgets, timesheets, cost capture and profitability per job.
-
Import
Landed cost on imported goods — duty, freight and clearing spread across the shipment.
Who it is for
You probably recognise one of these.
- A manufacturer costing production against a real bill of material rather than a monthly guess.
- A distributor whose stock, sales and finance currently live in three unrelated files.
- A group closing several companies with one finance team.
- Any business that has to file sales tax invoices with FBR and would rather not do it twice.
