Overview
Table time, members, the café and the till on one screen.
A snooker club runs on three things that rarely talk to each other: the clock on the table, the tab at the café, and the cash in the drawer at 2am. Most clubs reconcile them by trusting the person who closed.
QuePot puts all three on one screen. The floor view shows every table live with its running time and charge, café orders are raised against the table rather than a loose tab, and the shift close reconciles takings against sessions and orders with the variance shown rather than absorbed.
Members have rates, balances and history, so a regular is charged correctly without anyone remembering the arrangement. Utilisation by hour tells an owner which tables earn and when, which is usually the first thing that changes after go-live.

Who it is for
You probably recognise one of these.
- A club owner who learns the night takings by text message the following morning.
- A venue where the café tab and the table time are two separate pieces of paper.
- An operator with several branches and no way to compare them.
- Anyone who suspects the quiet tables are quieter than they look but cannot prove it.
