We keep what we build
Every platform in the portfolio still runs on our infrastructure. Nothing is handed over and forgotten, which means a shortcut taken this quarter is a support call we take ourselves next year.
About Shape Ventures
Fifteen platforms across ERP, compliance, fleet and workshop, logistics, human capital, distribution, point of sale, tool rooms, EHS compliance, venue bidding and analytics — all owned, hosted and supported by the same team in Karachi.
How we got here
Shape Ventures started the way most software firms do — building systems for other companies. What changed the business was deciding not to hand them over. An ERP written for one manufacturer became ErpXtreme. A gate log became BridgeLogX. A club owner's timing problem became a point of sale that venues now buy off the shelf.
Every platform we sell today started as a real problem in a real building, not as a product idea on a whiteboard. That history is why the portfolio is narrow rather than opportunistic: finance, stock, compliance, people and distribution, where one architecture and one team carry across every product.
We run what we build. That is the business model, and it is the reason we decline work we would not want to be operating in three years.

How we work
Every platform in the portfolio still runs on our infrastructure. Nothing is handed over and forgotten, which means a shortcut taken this quarter is a support call we take ourselves next year.
Enterprise operations, tax and compliance, distribution, and the systems underneath a working business. Unglamorous and heavily regulated — exactly where staying around is worth more than moving fast.
Order bookers lose signal. Gate staff wear gloves. Clubs close at 2am and the owner still wants the takings. Software that ignores those facts gets abandoned in week three.
The people who scoped it wrote it, the people who wrote it deploy it, and the people who deploy it answer the phone. There is no handover layer to lose things in.
Capabilities
Design, engineering, infrastructure and support are all ours. Nothing core is subcontracted, so there is no handover layer for work to get lost in.
Multi-company, multi-currency systems with a shared ledger underneath every module.
FBR digital invoicing, tax treatment and the audit trail that has to survive a review.
Tenant-aware platforms serving many organisations from one deployment.
Counter terminals, tablets and offline-capable field applications.
Order booking, van sales, route plans, distributor stock, claims and schemes.
Hire to retire, with attendance feeding payroll without a manual export.
Gate passes, trip approvals, visitor check-in and site-wide movement logs.
Hosting, backups, monitoring and release management for everything we operate.
Named contacts and a support desk staffed by people who know the codebase.

Common questions
Both, and we do not separate them. Every platform is licensed with hosting, patching and support included, because we operate what we sell rather than handing it over.
Yes. ErpXtreme and BridgeLogX both deploy on-premise where policy or connectivity requires it. The support arrangement stays the same.
A single-company ErpXtreme rollout with clean opening data typically runs six to ten weeks. Multi-company groups and manufacturing take longer. We scope it before quoting, not after.
Masters, opening balances and stock positions are migrated as part of implementation. Bulk import tooling is built into the product rather than written per project.
Yes, where it sits in categories we already know. We take on builds we would be willing to operate for years, and decline the ones we would not.
Eight countries, led by Pakistan. FBR digital invoicing, PKR and multi-currency handling at home; data residency and retention requirements abroad.
Leadership
Shape Ventures is still led by its founders. Every engagement has a named owner from this group, not an account manager passing your email to a team you never meet.
Runs the business and sits in the scoping conversation on every engagement.
Owns architecture across the portfolio and the standards every platform is held to.
Scope, cadence and change control, and the single escalation point for a client.
Implementation and migration on ErpXtreme, from opening balances to go-live.
The field apps: gate, bay and route, offline-first and built for one hand.
