Overview
Attendance that reaches payroll without a manual export.
The gap in most HR setups is not the records, it is the hand-off. Attendance comes off a device into a spreadsheet, somebody adjusts it, somebody else keys it into payroll, and by the time an error surfaces the month is closed.
HR Management keeps the whole lifecycle in one place. Shifts and rosters define what was expected, device capture records what happened, exceptions are handled by the manager who can actually explain them, and payroll runs off the approved result.
Earnings, deductions and tax post straight to the ledger. Employees see their own attendance, leave balance and payslips through self-service, which removes most of the queue outside the HR office in the first week.
| Capture | Biometric, card or mobile punch |
|---|---|
| Shifts | Fixed, rotating and slot-based rosters |
| Payroll | Posted to the ledger, not exported |
| Workforce | Permanent and contract on one register |
| Deployment | Cloud or on-premise |
| Support | Operated by Shape Ventures |

Who it is for
You probably recognise one of these.
- An HR team running payroll from an attendance export that arrives three days late.
- A plant with rotating shifts that no spreadsheet has ever modelled correctly.
- A company where leave balances are disputed because two people keep the record.
- A finance team re-keying payroll into the ledger every month.
